If you want excellent service, try Indoor Climate Control. At a time when service calls are actually sales pitches in disguise, this is a refreshing change. I received a timely response when i called. Mr. Whitfield showed up even though it was after hours and his previous call should have been his last. He came back early the next morning - a Saturday - to complete the job. It has been my previous experience that even if you can find someone to respond on the weekend, there are weekend rates attached. Not so here. The rates were extremely reasonable and my a/c unit is working once again. The best part? He's a very nice person who seems to enjoy what he does and takes great care of his customers . If it can be fixed, he will fix it instead of convincing you to to replace (which is what I've been told from everyone else). In a world of automated services calls, exorbitant rates and mediocre service, Indoor Climate Control is a welcome change. For me, customer service is as important as the service provided. Mr. Whitfield gets 5+ stars for both and definitely has a repeat customer!
Refuses to finish the job or refund the money. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
I was referred to Mr. Whitfield because my air went out while it was triple digits heat. Mr. Whitfield came out that might unfortunately, he was unable to help me that night. But bright and early the next morning he came over and did all repairs and now I have air. He is very knowledgeable about HVAC.
